If you do not know which size ring to purchase, don’t freak out! Generally, jewellery designers follow international ring sizing guides.Most of the labels we stock are international and so ring sizes are listed in US sizes.

Please carefully check each product page as most of our earrings are sold singularly. Why, you may ask? Our earrings are made to mix and match - we want you to be able to choose your ear stacks without restriction!
If an earring is sold singularly, please add two to cart if you wish to purchase a pair.
Yes we do! If you are interested in a piece by one of our designers which we do not regularly stock, please get in touch. We are happy to special order pieces, however these orders must be paid for upfront and are not eligible for return.
ORDERING FROM THE ARMOURY
Yes we do! We require payment upfront in order to secure an item, which will be shipped to you as soon as it hits. More information including expected arrival dates will be on the product page.
If an item is out of stock on the site, it means we intend or have already re-ordered that item. If we will not be getting any more in, it will be removed from the website altogether.
For high demand items, we will often allow pre orders once we have an estimated date of arrival. Once again, please get in touch if you are interested in something that is out of stock and we will try to help.
Unfortunately at this time we do not accept lay by on any items. We do offer payment via Afterpay, which allows payment in four instalments.
Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Yes we do! Here at The Armoury we think there’s nothing better than a flash sale, we will have these periodically. We will also release promo codes to our subscribed members.
To subscribe to our newsletter you can either create an account or subscribe here.
It is not necessary to create an account to make a purchase, however it is recommended to be able to see past orders and checkout faster. However, there is no obligation to create an account.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide! Some exceptions may apply due to restrictions, if you are unsure please contact us.
We use Australia Post express post delivery for all items shipped within Australia. Your order will be shipped within one day of purchase. For most deliveries within Australia, your order will arrive with you within two business days of your order being shipped. For international orders, your order should arrive within 10 business days of your order being shipped.
All Australian orders over $100 qualify for free express shipping. A extra $5 will be charged if you wish for your order to require a signature on delivery. For orders below $100, express shipping is $10, while express registered is $15.
International orders are a flat rate of $25.
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your order can be tracked from this email.
