FAQ Shipping Returns Jewellery Care Sizing Guide

 

The Armoury is happy to accept returns and exchanges.

Items must be in unused condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following (unless they are damaged or faulty at time of delivery):

– Earrings and ear cuffs

– Nail shields

– Septum rings

We also do not accept returns on all sale items; as such please choose carefully!

If you are requesting a refund, please email orders@thearmoury.com.au within five days of receiving your order. we will provide you with a returns authorisation number (RAN), which must be included with your return. Shipping will be the customers responsibility, must be securely packaged and have a tracking number included, as we accept no liability for lost or damaged items.

We must receive the return within 7 days of a RAN being requested.

Once we have received your returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they are in acceptable condition. We will not process any return or exchange until this process is carried out.

RETURNS

The purchase price minus any shipping costs will be refunded via your initial payment method. As our payment gateway is through Paypal, your refund should appear as soon as we process it. Please expect your refund within three days of The Armoury receiving your item(s).

If you would like a store credit instead of a refund, please let us know when you request a returns number and we will organise that for you.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to availability. We will endeavour to hold the item you wish to exchange for but this cannot always be the case. Please let us know which items you would like when you request a returns number and we will do our best to accommodate you.

REPAIRS

We are happy to repair, replace or refund your item if there is a manufacturing fault (depending on the designer’s own policy); return shipping in this case will be covered by The Armoury.

We do not repair or replace items which are damaged due to natural wear and tear or negligent care. The pieces we offer are handmade and often delicate; extra care should be taken in maintaining your new piece.
