FAQ Shipping Returns Jewellery Care Sizing Guide

Our aim is to get your new armour in your hands as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays will be sent out the next business day, however we will endeavour to sent out your order the same day, if applicable. All orders will be sent with tracking, which will be emailed to you upon completion of your order.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post express, to ensure it arrives in the fastest way possible.

Orders totalling $100 or more will be sent free of charge. An additional $5 for registered express is optional.

Orders totalling less than $100 will be charged $10 for express post, or $15 for express registered.

As we are based in Perth, Western Australia, it is standard for express parcels to take a little longer to be delivered.
If you live in Western Australia and placed your order before 12pm AWST, your parcel will arrive one to two days after you place your order.
For all other states and regional areas, your parcel will arrive two to three business days after you place your order.

*Please note that for some regional areas of Australia, it may take longer to receive your delivery. please check the Australia Post delivery network for accurate delivery times.

Liability for deliveries

The Armoury will send your item(s) by express post by default. Items sent in this manner do not require a signature on delivery. If you would rather your package sent registered, please select the ‘Express + Registered’ shipping option at checkout.

The Armoury will not be liable for any items lost or delayed in transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders will be a flat rate of $25 via Australia Post pack and track international.

Please expect your order to arrive within 3 to 10 business days.

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes; these are calculated once your package arrives in the designated country. The Armoury cannot be held responsible for any such fees, or any associated delays that derive from your country.

TAXES & DUTIES

Unfortunately The Armoury cannot be responsible for any potential taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in your country. In purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that any fees and/or delays by customs in your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
